Small Group Training:

Small Group Training is a results-driven training designed to take you to the next level. Take the camaraderie of group training, add the individualized attention of personal training and SGT blends the benefits of working out with a small group—such as accountability and encouragement—with a workout tailored to your fitness needs and goals. Each small group is limited to six participants.

Individual Personal Training:

Core offers personal training for those needing the guidance and motivation of a professional in order take their fitness to the next level. Sessions can be scheduled on a one time only or regular basis to suit the needs of the member.

TRX Training:

This training uses the TRX Suspension Training system to target your core, strength, power and metabolic conditioning for an effective and efficient workout. The best part is that your CORE is engaged with every exercise.

Spinning or Indoor Cycling:

Spinning is a replication of outdoor cycling that’s done indoors on specially designed stationary bikes. With upbeat music setting the tone, the instructor guides the class along simulations of flat roads and hills.

One of the major advantages of indoor cycling is that each participant can exactly control his/her level of intensity to suit ability or fitness level but still remain as a group together. Each rider is permitted to dictate how hard he/she chooses to work with the instructor providing active and dynamic encouragement together with technical and practical advice throughout the class.
